Well priced items, great selection, ethical. My order came in, was missing an item, reached out via email, got a response within a couple hours, sent a new one out next day, no questions asked. They even followed up with me when the replacement came to make sure I was happy and taken care of. Easy 5 stars

Ten Thousand Villages offers incredible items while helping out the people in third world countries. Beautiful merchandise for a good price.

LOVE this company! I have ordered a bunch of items from them -- jewelry, gifts, decor -- and I have been perfectly satisfied with everything I have gotten. (Check out their wonderful tagua jewelry!) They ship super fast and, when I once had a problem with a shipment, they fixed it immediately and without hassle. Plus, I can feel good about my purchases supporting artisans around the world. What's not to love?
