The translation is so poor it not worthwhile

The audio I added was good quality but did not translate in a usable manner. I did ask for a refund and their response was timely.

This was an appealing concept since I was having trouble figuring how to do my own voice transcription. However, the transcript was virtually useless. Not even close to what the recording was. I had to listen and re-transcribe the entire thing. Waste of time. Loved the thought of a cheaper alternative to Rev but this is not it. Not yet anyway.

Quality of transcript much lower than expected.

The turnaround was great but quality of the transcription was unusable. I had to send the audio file to Rev for human transcription.

Really poor quality transcription. Didn't do a good job setting expectation that only very high quality audio would work.
