Someone mistakenly signed up for free trial and forgot to cancel. The line was not even used and this company proceeded to charge us over 1,000$ and when trying to discuss the situation didnt return emails or calls ( although they said they would ) and we are left with a huge debt for nothing. Very shady place.

Telzio accounting is horrendous. We purchased over $1,000 worth of IP phones from them. Everything worked fine but after a few months they took out $427 from our account without authorization and we have been fighting with them for 3 weeks to refund the money back. Each week a new excuse. So we initiated a chargeback with our credit card company. They threatened to suspend our account if we do not drop the chargeback against them, even though the account is paid and current. Very disappointing. Would expect a company of their size to handle these matters with integrity.

Wanted to receive some advice on the product and what would be best for my business, so was asked to book a meeting via a calendar link. Booked a meeting and left waiting. No response until hours later. Extremely poor service.

I am extremely disappointed with Telzio. This is the worst phone service I've ever used, lacking even the most basic features that any business phone service should have. There is no contact management system, no group messaging, and no way to communicate with your team internally as a group. Conference calling isn't available either, and the mobile app is far inferior to the web app, missing several key features. We had to pay to port our number into their system, only to discover these missing essentials. On top of that, we were forced to pay again to port our number out, which took almost a week. The experience was terrible from start to finish. One of the biggest issues is their inability to save contact names to numbers, which means you have no idea who is calling or texting your business. When we raised this concern, they suggested paying for a separate CRM to manage contacts – something that should be built into the service. Overall, Telzio failed to meet our expectations in every way. I would never recommend them to anyone looking for reliable business phone service.

At this time, Telzio does not support group threads where multiple users can collaborate in a single conversation, but we do offer other internal messaging tools to help your team communicate effectively. We're constantly working on new features, and feedback like yours helps guide that development. -While Telzio's platform doesn't currently include a built-in CRM system, it's designed to integrate easily with external CRMs, allowing you to manage your contacts in a way that fits your business needs. This is a feature many of our customers find beneficial. -Number Porting Fees: As mentioned in our previous communication, these fees are standard in the industry, and they were clearly outlined in the terms agreed upon when the number was ported to us. We strive to be transparent about our pricing to avoid surprises, and we're always happy to assist with the porting process. We regret that Telzio didn't align with your specific needs at this time. they literally robbed me and abused my credit dard. auto recharge was off and telzio charged my card which was on file 12 times in 1 day! I was having an overusage and they charged me 50 cent for each additional SMS! the sales person has previously told me that its 5.2 cents per sms if I have more messages than the plan. they literally robbed me for $798 in extra usage and kept rebilling and rebilling my credit card without any authorization! I emailed support and they did not even bother to get back to me. when chatting with support they said they will refund me out of courtesy if I sign a 12 months agreement! ANOTHER SCAM TACTIC! YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO REFUND ME ANYWAYS! This is unacceptable what happened here! after complaining to their support my account was closed! and they tried again to rebill my card x5 times: I will report this scam to their card processing company! this is a fake company run by filipino scammers! I googled their sales rep and she is on youtube published dating scammer
