TelnyxReviews of telnyx.com

The customer support is very good. You can chat with them live to answer your questions. Most other CPaaS generally lack it and I'd say we should go with customer support. The rates along with volume discounts are transparent. Programmable Voice API is very good which is my primary use case. The API docs are good but I believe explaining concepts could be made easier for newbies. Even so, at least they have everything documented clearly. I wish they made it easier to download rate decks. Currently, one has to rely on their e-mail CSV but this link isn't available on the portal.

range of features/customisations/...; good pricing; easy to log/debug; global reach One of most powerful CPaaS evaluated on our side support not always accurate, slow, documentation not up to date with the UI,... generally minor things. Feels like a lot of work in progress but i feel it's worth to be telnyx customer

The team was kind enough to a newbie like me to navigate the platform and get started easily. On potential improvement that the team should take into account is to improve the technical documentation

Easy to set up, user-friendly, and affordable service, with excellent customer support.

Telnyx has been a game-changer for our communication needs. The platform is reliable, easy to navigate, and offers excellent features at competitive rates. While setting up 10DLC can be a complex process, the Telnyx tech team made it much easier. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and guided us step-by-step to ensure compliance and proper configuration. Their support made a difficult setup process manageable and stress-free. We also appreciate their transparent pricing and robust API integrations, which have allowed us to scale our messaging and voice services seamlessly. Highly recommended for any business seeking a dependable and innovative communication partner!

Customer service is very helpful - they assisted with campaigns and 10DLC compliance. Once it was all set up, there's very little I need to maintain - it runs reliably. I usually use the dashboard to generate monthly reports and/or help clients with support requests.

I was referred by a friend and Telnyx has been great so far. I have one major issue with it though, the API is properly set up to handle barges. I have reps that do outbound dialing and I can't listen to their calls I can't come in on their calls if they're not saying the right things that would get the sale. That's my only downfall but other than that it's been fantastic

We have been using Telnyx for over 2 years. Prices are competitive but what gets me is the amazing customer / technical support.
