The whole process was easy. They offered me the most money and they gave me exactly what I was quoted. Only drawback is the time it takes to get the money after getting a quote and mailing your item but that can't really be helped.

Great, friendly and professional support from the get go. I will recommend Techtwice to everyone of my friends. They were awesome! My sale transaction only took about a week. It was simple. You post your phone, they provide an instant quote and send you a shipping label to mail your phone. They email you a couple days later and bam! Your check has been cut and sent. Wow!!!

The process to trade in my phone was super easy. Soon after I submitted the request, I got an email from the company letting me know the next steps and a contact should I have any questions. It also had my tracking number. They gave me lots of information so any question I did have was answered immediately. I got my check via paypal less than a week later. It was fast. The entire process was smooth. Great company to do business with.
