Usually I get USTechSupport from the Philippines, and I did at first. They are ALWAYS terrific! They are so knowledgeable! And after a few minutes another USTech called me from Florida, and also was on remote access and went through my laptop once again. I SO APPRECIATE having their support, and I have all of the trusted software to keep my laptop/drivers/windows, etc. clean and up-to-date! So worth it!
