Great people doing a great job

Ed was great. He was well-spoken, professional and explained everything in detail. He answered all my questions and ensured I had no further issues. I especially liked not having to stay on the phone while Ed worked. He was very professional and would touch base with me to let me know his progress.

Tech made a sincere effort to install VPN in my Surface Pro 9 (ARM). Software is not compatible with this computer model. Will have to wait for software upgrafe.

After I finally was able to hook up with the tech he was fast, he was very easy to understand. I haven't used the PC yet but it seems to be quick to respond.
