I used your SnagIt app for many years during my career. When I fully retired, I no longer needed it and that's the only reason I no longer have it. Your customer support folks are lovely, as well.

It has never failed that I have not gotten the correct answers to any (and all) of the questions I've had over the years. TECHSMITH IS #1!!!!!

I’ve been using this product happily for so many years. I had some medical problems for most of a year and my license had expired, when I called to renew and explained the situation, the company rose to the occasion to help me through any hurtles to keep my new subscription under my existing long standing license. They didn’t have to do that, but this is the integrity of this company. Above and beyond! Thank you again!
