Learn a lot and what the new production process looks like

Have been a tech Smith customer for 15 years plus their products are awesome, their innovation is ahead of the curve and their customer support is unequal. I highly recommend them and every product that they have.

Webinars are pitched at just the right level (although a tad fast at times). The Q&A and Comment sections show great audience involvement/interest/expertise, and the Techsmith responses are responsive and at just the right level of enthusiasm and instruction.

Its easy to use and organize things and I can always reach a person if I need anything.

I use it every day, it is easy, and no other program offers what is in Snagit

I needed to have a payment method changed, so sent an email to support. The card that was charged was for someone that was no longer at the company. They did a reversal of that charge and I was able to put in a new card and renew with the new card.
