Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration. Our system currently limits individual subscriptions to one per email address. We're glad our team was able to assist you with a business license over the phone, but we recognize this process was not straightforward. We appreciate you highlighting this, and we will be reviewing this workflow to make it easier for customers who need multiple licenses.

Hi Lehni, Thank you for your feedback and for being a loyal Camtasia user. I apologize for the recent issues you've been experiencing. I'd just like to clarify a couple of the items that you pointed out. First, I want to assure you that we do not remove functionality from older versions of Camtasia. However, operating system updates can sometimes lead to compatibility issues. In your case, it seems that the older version of Camtasia you are using has some features that are incompatible with Mac OS 15. Second, we do offer upgrade discounts to our existing users. To upgrade to the latest version of our software, please visit the link below: https://www.techsmith.com/camtasia/upgrade/ I'll also follow up with you separately with an additional discount that you can apply to that upgrade. Thank you again for being a loyal Camtasia user. We appreciate your support!
