Hi Martin, I completely understand your frustration, and I apologize that we didn't handle your support ticket better. To provide a little context, our system didn't automatically flag this as an error because you had two separate, active Camtasia Business licenses on your account, purchased at different times. Because many of our business customers buy multiple licenses for their teams, our database allows multiple active subscriptions under a single email address without flagging it as a duplicate. That being said, you are absolutely right to be disappointed in our response. When you reached out to clarify the charges and cancel the extra subscription, our agent should have recognized that you didn't need that second license and proactively offered to refund you for the overlapping charge, rather than just canceling the future auto-renewal. We dropped the ball, and I would like to make it right. I have located your support ticket, and I am going to have our team review your account immediately to process a refund for the duplicate charge.
