super slow to ship
My order still hasn't shipped and its been a week. If I had ordered from Amazon or some other seller I'd already have my order. Wouldn't buy from these guys again knowing that it will take forever to get my stuff. UPDATE: I have read your reply. I am sorry if it's tough for you to figure out shipping but that's part of running a business. I was told orders would be fulfilled in 1-3 days before I placed the order. It's been 8 days and I am not behind on my project because I don't have the printer. I am praying that whatever shipping method you choose is not super slow but I am worried it will be considering that you seem to be searching for a very cheap option.

Hello, We appreciate your review, and we've dispatched an email providing detailed updates on your order's status. Unfortunately, items that are larger and heavier than our standard shipments (1-5 lbs) require additional handling time. The delivery destination also plays a crucial role. Our records show that your order includes the Creality 3D CR-10 V2 printer, categorized as an oversized item (above 5 lbs). Moreover, it's destined for Hawaii, outside the continental USA. These factors contribute to extended handling and delivery times, especially considering the selected Standard Shipping option, which operates under different conditions compared to Express shipping. While Standard (Free) shipping offers cost-saving benefits, it operates with lower priority in handling. Please rest assured that your order remains our utmost priority, and our team is diligently working on it. Expect an email update from us soon. Should you have any queries or concerns, feel free to contact us directly via phone or email, details of which can be found on our Contact page. Update Response: Thank you for your response. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. It's important to note that you chose the Standard Shipping option, which is a free service known for its longer delivery duration. Although our website offers Express shipping during checkout, the selection made for your order was Standard Shipping. We prioritize fulfilling orders in alignment with our customers' preferences, offering various suitable services tailored to their needs.
