I have really enjoyed my time with the Wisephone! I find myself more focused on the things that matter and less scattered. I find that I am able to do the things that I need to do on the Wisephone without the distraction of going down loopholes. I would highly recommend!

Great customer service! I sent an inquiry to the helpful via text, and Robert replied and we set up a call to discuss my question. He spent about 45 minutes explaining all I had questions about.

I had many questions that were answered over the phone before I purchased the WisePhone II. I also was in email communication with the customer service for Techless. Everyone is very helpful.

I really like my Wisephone2, but I submitted an app request through the portal when I first received my phone (about a month ago) and heard nothing back (not even a "we received your request, please wait ___days before we can review your request"). Update: they added the apps I was hoping for. Still could use a little more prompt communication, but overall, I've enjoyed my experience.

While we don't currently have an automated notification system, every request received is placed in the queue to be reviewed by the Healthy Tech Index. We understand that it’s not ideal, and we appreciate your patience as we carefully review and triage thousands of submissions. Your feedback is truly helpful as we continue refining the experience. So glad you’re finding value in the phone—and we hope you continue enjoying the intentional freedom it offers!
This has been a great experience of detachment. I find myself not needing to pickup my phone as much and I am more present to my family and friends. I'm not controlled by the almighty buzz or ding and don't get mesmerized by doom scrolling. I do admit it was cumbersome to get started, but after working out the kinks and asking the wisephone tech support a bunch of questions. It is such a freedom! I highly recommend it to anyone want to be free from attachment to their phones. No e-mail, no internet, no more being a zombie! Live the life you were made to live, Live Vertical!

Switching to the Wisephone was one of the best choices I made! Coming off of an addiction, I wanted to get off of the smart phone but wanted something more user friendly than a flip phone. I have had the Wisephone for a few weeks now and have already noticed so many positive changes. I hope to get more people on Wisephone now.
