They sent me a damaged product and customer service said that "I should have let them know that this order was meant to be kept sealed as a collectible". What difference does it make if I was going to open it or keep it as a collectible. Why would any customer want a damaged item if they were paying full price?

TCG Stadium is a great place to shop. Prices are always very competitive and after over 10 orders with them I've never had an issue.
