Simple condo inspection- lots of fancy thermal pics They failed to notice there was ZERO airflow from ac/ heat downstairs! Complete waste of my time and money. Super cocky afterwards as there is no liability for them. Pick a handy family member to do the job, and save a fortune!!!!

On account of mind boggling designs, your web see is similarly as evident. What's more, for your administrations, that is very little better, yet I'll value your quick response to time.

Spencer, with Town & Country Home Inspections was AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond his job description to inspect the home properly. Their rates are very competitive and fair. The report done onsite was clear, detailed, and concise. I am so happy I chose THIS Company and had the opportunity to work with such a dependable, straightforward, ethical, and trustworthy person. I would and WILL recommend them to friends, family, and anyone looking to purchase a home. When hiring them you will be in very capable hands!

Spencer was very thorough in his inspection and took time to explain his findings to us. Since we are first time home buyers, the time he took to explain things to us and even walking us around to show us important things to know about our house (shut off valves, etc) was priceless.
