I received my order in record time only to learn that customer support is offer Monday thru Friday 7 am-4 pm. What are working customers to do for assistance?

Purchased two new cases for our two new iPad Air 4th Gen that just came out but when the case is on it is very difficult to access the Touch ID button and the volume buttons! It is the Pro-Tec Rotating Case $44.99 Not happy at all!

To assist with the Touch ID, we would recommend the following: Ensure that you have set up the Touch ID on the iPad Air 4 prior to putting the case on. During the Touch ID set up please move the finger so that all angles are covered especially the areas of the finger close to the side. Then after you have that set up install the case. If you should still need assistance please feel free to contact us at 877-482-7487and we will be happy to assist you.
Overall, the Targus quality is there, but I was led to believe that the item I purchased included the ability to have Screen rotation from landscape to portrait...unfortunately not with this case... In addition, it took forever to find a Targus case that would fit my new 10.2” IPad...I am still a fan, but would gladly trade this case for the one I thought I was buying mentioned above...actually, I am not sure Targus has produced that style yet for the 10.2” size IPad...Bummer !

Hi Tom, Thanks for your review. It looks like you purchased one of our Pro-Tek™ models which does not offer screen rotation. You may be interested in our VersaVu® cases which do offer 360 degree screen rotation. The product is very good. Love the brand. However, the site is not very good. Filtering to try the backpack for my needs was cumbersome and time consuming. Product pictures are good but impossible to get a sense of scale. The product names are overdone. Why not have a urban/city category instead including it in the product name.

this cover is substantial and i am confident it will protect my iPad, however i am having a difficult time with the clasp. Each time you attempt to close it you need to purposely visualize the connection, than it still needs a forceful push to close the clasp. The front flap tends to shift just enough so as to hamper the closure

Thanks for your review Marie. The clasps on our iPad cases are designed to be very secure once closed but I understand the difficultly you're having closing it. I'll raise this with our product team to keep in mind for future case models.
It’s not anything like the older one i bought 4 years ago. So I’m not even using it. Bought a different brand.

YOU did fine!! Unfortunately for me, I cannot use this device on my laptop. Evidently it is too old, or does not have a driver, or something it should have, but ONLY the non-numeric keys work on my computer. I've tried it on my grandson's school notebook when he brought it home and it works!! Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The orginal package was shipped in material that did not protect the product and it arrived damaged. They did replace it pretty quickly and sent it the second time in a sturdy box that the protected it. The turn around didn't take too long (about a week for the second delivery) but this was a time sensitive shipment so I think a 3 star is fair.
