As a CMO of a global consumer brand leading large teams and growth initiatives, I found Michael to be thoughtful, candid, and insightful. The time invested and strategic feedback on positioning, along with valuable market insights, provided meaningful and actionable perspective. Michael’s approach truly brought to life what it means to excel in the people business. Highly recommend Michael and the Taligence team.

My history with Taligence and Michael, primarily as a candidate, goes back several years. Michael's depth of understanding of marketing disciplines, the connection between business strategy and marketing strategy, the pace of change in marketing over the past 20 years, and the unique dynamics of client-side vs. agency-side roles is uncommon. What I especially appreciate about him is how he approaches candidates like they are already trusted colleagues; I never felt like I was being sold or dismissed, which unfortunately are both attitudes I have encountered among recruiters. Michael is excellent at developing relationships with marketers, monitoring talent as it moves across companies, and maintaining discretion while keeping his ear to the ground.

My whole experience working with Taligence was wonderful! They found a perfect role for me that I didn’t even know existed and helped me throughout the hiring process with professionalism, honesty, and prompt communication. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for their next career move!

The Taligence team was nothing but professional throughout the entire process helping land a dream role. Not to mention Michael went above and beyond to check in after my start date to ensure everything was going smoothly. If you have the opportunity highly recommend Michael and his team - the level of integrity and market knowledge are top tier.

Michael and team are leading experts in the advertising recruitment space, and were highly professional and communicative during a hiring process I was involved with; I'd highly recommend working with their team from any side - as an agency, brand, vendor or independent candidate.
