We love working with Syncwords. We've used them twice to translate sessions for our conferences. We have an international audience and it worked perfectly. We appreciate how responsive they are to our requests. They make it really easy to provide this great service.

SyncWords was amazing to work with throughout the planning process and on event day. Organized, knowledgeable, supportive, punctual and accurate is how I would describe the entire team. We also added-on cleaning up of the live transcripts and SyncWords did a great job with this too. Would 10/10 recommend them to any event planner looking for live transcription!

On time, reliable and good quality of service :) Good advice upfront, very professional. It was nice to have one person taking care of the project from A to Z.

As Founder and CEO of the enterprise SaaS firm Chiefofstaff.com we are a global firm with clients in Asia, Europe, and Latin America. We were thrilled with the speed and quality of having an important client testimonial video, originally in Brazilian Portuguese, translated by the Syncwords AI team into clear and impactful English. This now expands our ability to use the video in the US and other markets beyond Brazil. SyncWords is number one in my eyes when it comes to closed captioning for various media. Quick and easy, accurate timestamps for cc. What more could one ask for from a business partner?

I had a really good experience with SyncWords and Kedar's team running a Spanish event with Portuguese translations. Kedar was very prompt responding to my emails and the team was very professional. I think the time lag between the audio and the live captions should be decreased, and we should have been told with more time in advance that we could provide a list of words in Spanish to add to the software to improve its translating performance.
