I went through the SAFe POMP course with Dr. Smitha Shashidharan. She is an incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated instructor in her field. She actively works in similar roles related to the content she teaches and can provide real world examples. I would encourage anyone else looking for their SAFe certifications to consider Sync IT Learning and their incredibly talented instructors.

Sync IT Learning helped me to get classes with a great instructor Smitha Shashidharan. I had previously taken SAFe Agile classes with her and she is a great mentor. She organizes the class in first 15 min and makes sure everyone has access to study material. Encourages questions and explain the topic in full details. We had class activities to get deep understanding on the topics we covered. Over all it was a great experience and I learned a lot.

I took PMP classes from Alok Bhatia and i highly recommend it. He is so knowledgeable and it reflects on his way of teaching. He does not only go through the study materials but he also go through the mock exams which i feel is very helpful.

The PMP certification course from Sync IT Learning is really good. I highly recommend this training to all PMP aspirants. Alok Bhatia thoroughly covered all relevant content and took the time to answer all questions. His focus on the learning objectives of the course keeps one engaged throughout the course. After every topic, he spends enough time practicing exam questions. He offers additional time to help with questions about the exam and the application process to make sure the students were prepared for the final step of taking the exam. His staff is extremely helpful and provides excellent logistic support. Overall I had a great experience.
