Swiss Just Co USA - The worst run company
I've had an extremely disappointing experience with Swiss Just. What started as a promising brand with high-quality, natural products has devolved into a poorly run company with questionable ethics. The U.S. division operates under a multi-level marketing (MLM) structure that clearly takes advantage of its distributors. Most people who try to sell for them end up spending more than they earn. Income claims are misleading and there's zero transparency. Customer service is some of the worst I’ve encountered. Long response times, unhelpful staff, and little accountability. Meanwhile, prices keep increasing while product quality noticeably declines, especially in the U.S. formulas. They used to be known for effective natural remedies, but now many products feel watered down or cheaply made. It’s sad because the brand has roots in Switzerland and used to offer great products. But the way this company is currently run — from the CEO down feels exploitative and profit-driven at the expense of quality and ethics.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Overpriced, overrated, and unethical.
