Hey we apologize for the issues you experienced and the lack of support you received. This is not something that we want our users to go through. We have refunded your subscription as requested in your email.
Honestly, I've been using it for some time now. At first, it was great but it honestly fell off so bad... I wouldn't even bother going with this. Everything is so finicky with the app. The only thing they can do now at this point is lower the cost but at that point, it's not even worth it...

Deceptive and misleading service - I purchased FLEX monthly plan with NO Limits of accounts, according to website, but was not able to add more than one. And full of bugs too - with the only one account I was able to add, Swift Journal failed to retrieve deals.
