Dear Cole, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Transparency and fairness are core values of our platform, and we take these matters seriously. Regarding the playthrough requirements, these are outlined in Sweeps Mode under "Redeem Prize," where it mentions both Play-through requirements and Bonuses. Additionally, this information is available in the My Account section under Finance > Bonuses, and also in the emails. We aim to ensure that all players are aware of the requirements before participating, and we apologize if this information was not as visible as it could have been. The playthrough requirements exist to maintain a fair gaming environment, and we are constantly reviewing our policies to improve the player experience. Your feedback about the requirements has been noted, and we will evaluate whether changes are needed to better serve our customers. If you’d like to discuss this matter further, please reach out to our support team. We’d be happy to review your account and ensure that all terms were applied correctly. Your trust is important to us, and we hope to have the chance to provide you with a better experience in the future. Thank you, Fiona Sweepstake.ai Customer Service
