We're sorry to hear SweepKings wasn't the experience you were looking for. We appreciate you giving the platform a try and wish you the best in finding one that's a better fit for your preferences.
My account was suspended after I won, I didn't commit fraud... When I signed up, I said who I was and I verified who I am. I'm completely disgusted by companies who make up their own rules. They made sure to take my deposit and risked the funds I made but that's ok!! I was shown how another one of these companies work!!

Buyers beware. This is the only online casino that has this goofy play through rule so don’t expect to cash out at all. If you buy 100 sc coins for 50 bucks, once you play the 50 sc through once you can o ly withdraw whatever amount you have left over 50 SC… the remaining SC is considered a promotion and must be played through 20 time so that is 1000 sc, so if you have 49 SC left you can cash out 0 dollars. If you have 120 SC, you can only cash out 70 until you have played the other 50 through 20 times…. That’s after a purchase. I played my money through and was planning on cashing out the 63, but I only had 13 dollars available for cashout. This is the only casino that tricks people like this every other casino you buy a package and you have to play it through and you can cash it out, but this place pretty much takes the whatever amount you get over what you paid because they make you play it 20 times before it’s available.

We respect that our redemption structure may not be the right fit for every player, but we'd like to clarify one important point. Purchased SC and Bonus SC are treated differently. Bonus SC follow their own promotional playthrough requirements, while purchased SC become eligible for redemption once the applicable requirements for those funds have been met. They are not permanently converted into bonus funds. Our redemption rules are published in advance so players can make informed decisions before participating. We appreciate you sharing your perspective.
They load your money on a card you can't get to workand when you finally get it activated it's got so many restrictions on in it you may as well just load it straight back on the game and not even cash it out unless your using your own card

Hi there! We are sincerely sorry that the card activation process and redeem limits have caused you so many negative emotions. Restrictions on the use of cards are often related to the security standards of payment gateways, but technical failures during activation are something that we must definitely help you with. Please contact our support team, specifying your profile details. We will check the operation of your card in detail and find a solution to the problem.
Sweepking...Stay far away from this casino! They are based in Cyprus and refer to you as "client" or "player" and never your name. Very easy to deposit with apple pay etc but redemptions are nearly impossible. They first give you the run around about your deposit method. Then once you have one in place, they only allow you to redeem $100 sc daily and charge you $5 to do so. Also, you have to make a daily deposit of at least $15 to redeem that. So basically you can possibly redeem $80 a day. Once they see you have a large win, they simply quit communicating with you. I won $8000.00 with $7000 being on a 3 oaks game and they completely shut me off. I have tons of screenshots and emails. Right now, my account says I can redeem .20 cents! It's very fraudulent and you'll waste your time with these thieves. They make their games fun and colorful to keep you. Out of my $8000.00 win, l've only been able to redeem $295.00 total. The only upside to this is I won on their $30 free play and only deposited about $60.00 of my own money. S Reply

Hi there, We would like to apologize for any misunderstanding regarding our service. We would like to clarify that our platform does not restrict users based on large winnings. All requirements for payment verification and withdrawal limits are determined solely by the security policies and terms of use. We strive for fairness and transparency in all our operations. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team and provide details about your account. We will investigate your issue thoroughly and work to resolve it. Thank you for your understanding.
The redemption rules are ridiculous. They will take your deposit without fail and make you beg to redeem. $100.00 Max per 24hours. I'm on day 2 and have a $0.40 redeemable max; I have a balance of 1.1K. Yes...$0.40 cents, is what I can redeem. Do yourself a favor, play somewhere else.

You're entitled to your opinion about our redemption structure. However, it's important to distinguish between platform rules and an inability to redeem. Redemption limits and Bonus SC playthrough requirements are part of the platform's redemption process. Players who meet the applicable requirements are able to redeem their winnings accordingly. We appreciate your feedback, even if our redemption structure isn't the right fit for you.
Very scammy, minimum 100 to cashout but also maximum 100. They trap your money. Yes technically it is not trapped because you can get some out, but if you had $299 to withdraw then you can only get out $100 the first day $100 the second day, and none the third day. If you play the $99 more you risk losing more, and they don’t sell any small packages to take you over 100. In addition do not be fooled by the words bundle and promo, all additional sc tokens require a 20x playthrough. So while they may not break laws, they are by far the most scammy sweepstakes casino I have used, do not use this casino, there are many far better ones.

It's important to distinguish between disagreeing with a platform's redemption structure and suggesting that player funds are being withheld. Our redemption limits are part of the platform's published redemption process. Players who meet the applicable requirements are able to redeem their winnings accordingly. We respect that our redemption structure may not match everyone's preferences, but describing it as "trapping money" does not accurately reflect how the redemption process works.
