I pointed my local pottery studio to the site builder tool to help generate a new site for their online shop. The owner is not very tech savvy, but had no problem building a solid website that they could update with new photos & inventory easily. Great stuff

I recently had my mom use the Scout tool to audit the website for her small music school. Our goal was to improve her AI visibility. What stood out the most was how accessible Scout is. She was able to navigate the entire audit easily without getting bogged down in technical jargon. It provided a clear, plain-English roadmap, and her site's visibility is already improving based on those changes. A genuinely great tool for non-technical business owners.

I tried out the Site Audit tool, and it actually caught a few issues on my site that I hadn’t noticed before. Some technical stuff and a couple performance issues that were pretty easy to fix once I knew about them. I liked that it didn’t feel overly complicated or bloated. The report was straightforward and gave me actionable stuff instead of just dumping a bunch of metrics on me. Overall, solid tool if you want a quick, useful check on your site without going super deep into SEO rabbit holes or dashboards.

I work in contracting and have been considering expansion into another city for some time now. I used the "strategy" product to decide whether or not this was a good idea and the report guided me and my business partners through our options and what to expect, giving us a lot more confidence in our decisions. Overall a great tool for small businesses like mine.
