Excellent customer service. I was having problems logging into my SLT account. Heidi very patiently walked me through the process and stayed on the phone with me until we resolved the issue.

My wife and I both ordered the same kitchen appliance at the same time. We decided I would cancel mine. I spoke with Christopher in customer service about the cancellation. He quickly handled my issue to my complete satisfaction.

One of two items shipped directly from the manufacturer arrived damaged. Rafael was courteous and helpful arranging a replacement item. This was my first Sur La Table purchase, and judging by the excellent customer service, won't be my last.
