Rafael responded to my inquiry within hours as well as a prompt follow-up question. I was inquiring about on-site cooking classes as well as gift cards. And this was over a weekend! My husband & I love Sur La Table!

A crock that was with a Labor Day order arrived broken. I spoke to Chris (Christopher) in customer service. Christopher was very apologetic and quickly and professional reassured me that the matter would be dealt with quickly. He reorder me a replacement crock and reassured me that I should receive it in 5-7 business days. Very courteous, polite and professional. Thank you very much Chris.

I needed to cancel a cooking class I was registered for and Maria was super kind and helpful. I have absolutely loved all of the cooking classes that I have taken here, so I was bummed I had to cancel it.
