I ordered a marble pastry dough slab and the Villa platter. Items arrived in a very timely manner! Love the marble slab to knead bread dough on. Love the platter but was broken during shipping. I made photos, contacted customer service. They replied within 24 hours and have a replacement in the mail to me! The representative that replied to my request is Christopher! I love doing business with Sur La Table. Have been ordering from them for many years!

I contacted Sur La Table this morning to apply $15 in SLT Perks toward a purchase which I recently made and just received. I was entitled to $15 off from purchases I had made this past summer, but I was unaware at the time of my recent online purchase. Reza was easy to talk to and she applied the $15 credit to the card I had used for my most recent purchase.

Received an order from Sur LA Table, and several pieces were broken. I immediately called customer service and everything has been resolved within less than 24 hours. I'm extremely impressed with how it all was handled.
