I accidentally had my order shipped to my previous residence and Chris provided phenomenal customer service. He was patient and kind. Together, we were able to find a suitable resolution

Monday evening, November 14 I was in the process of completing a booking via the 800 number for the Autumnal Bread class when I was disconnected. I called again and Mr. Christopher came to my rescue. He was most professional, patient and kind. We rebooked the class and he made certain that I fully understood the process including the cancellation fee. How wonderful it was to work with Christopher who fully understands customer satisfaction!

My call was answered quickly. Chris was very attentive to my questions, thorough in his responses and provided me a very satisfactory resolution to my issues. I had a last minute cancellation for a cooking class that I very much wanted to attend, but a last minute family emergency would not allow my participation.
