I called today for a price adjustment on several recent purchases and was fortunate to have Heidy as the customer service representative helping me. She was very pleasant, kind, very efficient and most helpful. I received EXCELLENT customer service from her and it made me appreciate shopping at Sur La Table, a cut above other stores. Dealing with Sur La Table is always a pleasure and they hire competent employees. FIVE STARS for Sur La Table and for Heidy!!

I purchased a set of 6 wine glasses for my daughter and son-in-laws second anniversary. One arrived damaged. I called and Itzel quickly helped me by arranging for a replacement to be sent at no cost - totally hassle free! Itzel was very courteous and professional. Thanks for making my gift right!

Excellent customer service. We had reserved tickets for a cooking class, but came down with an illness the day of the event. Sur la Table refunded our purchase without question. We’re sad to miss the class, but glad that we’ll be able to rebook without issue

Great Customer Service I had forgotten to apply the coupon code to my order. When I realized it I messaged customer service. They said they couldn’t do anything until my order shipped and gave me a number to call. The young man Adrian was extremely helpful, looked up my order and applied the coupon code. He then told me how much of a refund I would be getting back. I really appreciated his time and help in taking care of this.

I placed an order today and realized shortly afterward that the shipping address was incorrect due to our recent move. I spoke with a customer service representative, Chris, he was very helpful in helping me purchase (2) Cuisinart Choppers, I was having difficulty with the online ordering. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I got my items ordered in time to use my perks!
