I ordered 8 of the Lion's head soup bowls, and one of them arrived chipped. After contacting Sur La Table via email, I received a prompt response that a replacement was on its way. Great customer service, always appreciated and remembered.

Support on damaged item. I bought a Molcajete from Sur la Table. When it arrived it was broken. When I was having a problem with the form to return it, a Darieel Lopez reached out to me and guided me through. After giving the info was informed replacement was on the way. I found Sur La Table is be very helpful. Thankful for Darieel Lopez to personally reach out to me.

Made a huge order on the anniversary sale and received everything in record timing. One item was damaged so I messaged customer service and they responded immediately. I sent a few photos of the damaged item and within 24 hours I received a response that they would be sending me a replacement. Jonathan Rodriguez provided excellent customer service and was amazing. All the items are great quality. Looking forward to updating more of my kitchen wares in the coming year. Thanks Sur la Table! High five!

Exceptional Customer Service! Kudos to Customer Service rep, Nestor. Upon receiving my order today, two items were damaged. I immediately contacted CS via email, thinking it would be some time before they got back to me. Not only did they respond immediately, they even fixed the issue within an hour or so. Nestor already has my new order on its way! They were even gracious enough saving me the hassle of sending the damaged items back. This by far, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time! Sur La Table is certainly my top- notch company!

I had a problem with an order that was sent to my home damaged. I contacted the Customer Service department and spoke with Alfred Garcia. He was incredibly professional, listened to my complaint. He was understanding and he took care of my request immediately.
