I received a very quick response from Daniel Garcia regarding my missing glasses. It was kind of odd to send a picture of the box with the missing glass because nothing was broken. But I followed the instructions. The replacements came very quickly. I am impressed. Thank you, Daniel.

I needed to update my shipping address, and since my item was coming directly from the vendor, the team had to reach out on my behalf.
