Dual Air Fryer worked great until we had a problem, customer service is terrible. Emailed customer services based in the UK and they wouldn't deal with me, insisted I instead rang a US telephone number but the telephone number did not work, refused to send out small part to resolve the problem, would not advise anyone to purchase any Sur La Table products.

My husband bought a pan through the website and didn't notice they had the wrong delivery address until he had completed the purchase. He immediately attempted to edit the addresses, without success; then he emailed customer service for help. Since there was no response, he called the next morning. He talked to a representative named "Marissa," who said the system would not allow them to cancel the order or change the address. She said that maybe when the shipping could be confirmed, "something might be able to be done" to solve the problem. We will not use this site again. Amazon has much better customer service.

They do not write the correct name on gift cards and their support team is unable to fix or void the gift card. Also, gift card takes over 24 hrs to show up even though it is electronic.

Terrible customer service! I received a duplicate gift for Christmas. It arrived late (Dec 28th). Unfortunately, the nearest store to us is 30 min away so we finally found time to drive there and return it… but once we got to the store, they said it was after the 30 day refund policy (by only 4 days!) and wouldn’t even allow for store credit and showed no empathy. I have never shopped at sur la table before and was hoping to use this store credit to purchase several things and spend more money- after this experience, I can promise I’ll never spend money with them moving forward. Not a good way to build customer loyalty.

Horrible customer service and horrible, defective products. Their Green Pans are expensive and when you attempt to return them, they will send you a return label and once the item gets back to their location (verified by UPS Tracking), they tell you that it is outside of their 30 day return so they will not refund your money. I guess they just keep the defective items and you are out of luck. NOT! Customers beware—you have been warned!

I ordered a set of pots for a Christmas gift on Black Friday. The set came missing the largest pot. I have been dealing with customer service since the beginning of December with promises of a refund. I have emails stating I would receive a refund within a few days yet nothing has been done. Customer service has constantly been giving me assurances that I would be refunded so they are worthless. Sur La Table is a horrible company! My family of chefs and I have spent a lot of money there but never again!! I feel they are a fraudulent company not following through and holding on to customers' money. **In response to the reply from Sur La Table as per Trust Pilot there have NOT been any requests from your company or them for additional information. I do have documentation showing you refunded what you owed and then again that you were working on it. Buyer beware!!!!

Sur La Table 13qt Multifunctional Air Fryer Mode SLT-1807 I bought this on Nov 28 and was delivered on Dec 2, used it once a day over next 3 weeks. Until I left for holidays on Dec 21, and while I was away my landlord said the fire alarm in my apartment was going off. They could not figure out was was causing the alarm initially because the fryer had no lights on and no fan going so they did not think it was the fryer until they touched the top of the dryer and said it almost burned his hand it was so hot. They opened the fryer door and saw the heating element was bright red but no fan and not indication lights. So clearly a malfunction as it came on by itself during the middle of the night at 2am. This is a major concern because the landlord was only home for one night between holiday stops, so just so happens it happened the night they were home. Otherwise there would have been a major fire with no one home to try and put out. This is very very very serious. I took the fryer back to Costco and they refunded me my money and they took an incident report. Costco was very concerned and said they would contact the manufacturer. I also contacted the manufacturer the day after leaving Costco and I got a whole different experiment of sense of urgency and concern. There seemed to be no sense of urgency and concern from the manufacturer customer service rep. And they took down all my information did not say a manager would be calling me back did not ask for my phone number or email address. I had to ask them if they needed that information. Very very strange. I did not fee comfortable getting off the phone so I called back to state that I had no clue on what happens next because Costco gave me the fryer back saying that the manufacturer will want to have a look at the unit and do an investigation. But the manufacturer never said anything of the sort to me as far as what to expect for next steps. This is very very very alarming considering the unit malfunction would have caused a fire. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS FRYER BESIDE POOR WORKMANSHIP THERE WAS ALSO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
