They are pushy,rude, and a rip off, there are better companies to do business with.

Total scam company. We need to form a class action lawsuit against this fraudulent company. Their software does not work, and they refuse to cancel your membership. They will not give a refund when they cannot deliver on their false promises and they will not allow you to leave or remove your credit card information when you cancel. This is my first time rating any company anything below 5 stars in my entire life.

Don’t even bother with this company. They ised to be US based but now outsource all customer service. That’s fine BUT they lied to us and told is that we HAD to give them access to our Google LSA profile. What they did was lock us out of our Google adds profile and assumed control of it as if they owned the business. They also stopped all adds with google once we tried to cancel our subscription with them. Now, we have to prove that we are the business owners in order to kick them out of our google account. Seriously? We have to prove that our long-standing business is ours bc some company hijacked our account? We’ll likely be getting an attorney because we have lost business over this.

I have to agree with several other reviews that were written regarding the unprofessional nature of this business. They tend to talk in circles. Save your money. It’s definitely not worth it. Out $3k for nothing

Jody, our team clearly reviewed the services with you before you signed the agreement. During onboarding, you decided the services weren’t any different from your former vendor and removed our access to your Google Business Profile and Facebook account, which prevented us from executing on some of your services. Please contact [email protected] and reference your review so our Customer Success leadership team can follow up with you directly.
Do not use this company. They did not live up to their sales pitch and made it very hard to cancel services and then kept charging my credit card even after they finally agreed to cancel services and stop charging my credit card.

RUN RUN RUN - looks like I got their cheating a pretty quick and they only charged me for a month on a three month contract,had to cancel my debit card to get away from this scam ,they don’t know what they doing and transfer you from one scam to another scam ,Matt is a scammer together with the Hispanic guy and their boss who acts like a biaatch ,charged me for a months and didn’t even bother to call back after I was promised so ,left voice mails and calls to Matt but none seems to care ,SCAMMERS

Surefire doesn't even deserve a 1 star. If I were you I would steer clear of them. I typically do not leave reviews because I know my opinion is not always the correct opinion. And I know companies make mistakes. But this company has turned into a nightmare to deal with. I am a very easy going person (which is probably why this went on much longer than it should have). I have been with them for a few years and they were ok (not amazing as far as SEO but the website was nice and the platform was easy to use). Then they started going downhill in the past couple years. Customer service became HORRIBLE. I heard they outsource everything overseas now and it definitely shows. My business was not showing up where I was promised it would, I would get a new "account manager" every month who would try to explain the platform to me for the hundredth time but I knew more about the platform than they did. Couldn't get simple website changes. Couldn't get anyone to answer my questions. I had finally had enough and told my "account manager" that I was done and would be looking elsewhere and her comment was "okay, is there anything else i can help you with". I asked to speak to a higher up so I could get it cancelled. The "higher up" didn't know much more than my "account manager" and he just tried to sell me more and told me I needed to spend more. I was already spending over $1,000 per month for several years with no results and dealing with a horrible company. They do not care anymore, they only want your money and it shows. There were so many other issues after trying to cut ties with them. They were not helpful at all in the switch and they are still charging my credit card and keep telling me "oh we just processed the refund today, you should see it in 5-7 days". This is the second time I've gotten that response for the same refund I called about 3 weeks ago. They truly cannot be trusted. I know you don't know me but I am honestly saying - stay away.

Worked very well for a couple years. The nine months have been a huge waste of money. Their support is not in america. It's so hard to get anything done. I've had a lot of account managers. They go through them fast. Took over a month to get a change on my website. I'm canceling tomorrow.
