I have done business with SureCall and its founder and CEO, Marc Bombenon, for well over a decade. We have worked together on facilities management and as customer (my company) / SureCall (service provider). I don't want to make this sound like a platitude, but I have had many, many positive experiences with Mr. Bombenon and his company over the years. I have always been impressed by Marc's continual focus to do what he can to make things better for people in his personal and his business orbit. I am pleased to say that I am one of the business people who has benefitted greatly from this gentleman's approach, which is to make every effort to positively impact others both inside and outside his business.

We are extremely pleased with this medical answering service. The operators are courteous, professional, and well-trained in handling sensitive patient information. Calls are answered promptly and messages are always accurate, which is essential in a medical setting. Their reliability after hours and during emergencies has been invaluable to our practice. The service integrates smoothly with our workflow and gives our staff and patients confidence that every call is handled with care. We highly recommend them to any healthcare practice looking for a dependable and compassionate answering service.
