I’m so tired of the lengthy updates when I want to play a game and end up waiting hours… if the games are that complex, build a better system or stop over complicating games. It’s like being thirsty and staring at the water for several hours before drinking! It’s ridiculous…

Purchased a 1 month Xbox game pass ultimate code and redeemed it on my account. Within 10 minutes I was hit with a communication and multiplayer ban for 2 weeks so already wasted half of my 1 month code. I don’t even play Xbox, I play on PC so how can I possibly be banned on Xbox? I want a refund for the money I spent on this code. Customer support is terrible.

By far the worst “customer support” I have ever seen. It is literally impossible to talk to a real human so if that’s what your trying to do, it’s a complete waste of time there’s nobody to help you.
