Terrible service, never buy that site, I bought and have not received my product has more than four months.

You were refunded for the items that didn't arrive and you placed another order. Why leave 1 star?
There was no follow up confirmation emails, not shippinf notice, or nothing. So two weeks after I made the purchase, I emailed them and I got notice about cancellation of the order. If it was some reason they had to cancel the order, don't they need to notify the customer?

We contacted you after you placed the order requesting additional information because your billing address was New York and you were shipping the items to Korea. Since we did not receive a reply we had to cancel the order.
I am from Brazil. I order three products, whatever don't arrive them. In the other time, one year ago my products arrive in least of one month. But of this time didn't arrive! Sorry for my english, whatever I hope that understood me!

Hello, Please contact your postal agency and customs agency. The products you ordered are subject to screening which is causing the delay.
I ordered two different Nubreed Nutrition products, one of which was out of stock. After you order, you receive an email stating your order will be processed in 24-48 hours. After 3 days, I called and was told the one product (Nubreed Helix Ice Tea) was out of stock and would ship once it became available. Had I known the product was out of stock, I would not have ordered from them. They should follow other online supplement companies and mark the product "Out of Stock"

Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Our system said we had the Ice Tea flavor in stock and the order was sent to the warehouse for processing. We weren't informed until the next day that our inventory was off.
Incorrect item shipped to me here in Afghanistan and when "Customer Service" was notified their solution was to credit me the difference in cost between the item I ordered and the item they sent. (If I wanted that item I would have ordered that item). Second option was ship back the item incorrectly shipped to you and once we have confirmation that the incorrect item has been shipped we will send you the item you ordered and then credit you back the shipping cost. So now I have been without what I ordered and have a useless product here that I will not ever use for 2 weeks now and it takes a couple of weeks to get mail here in Afghanistan.- Thanks for nothing Supplement Central.

Please check your bottles when you receive them. Mine were expired by 14 months and I noticed quite by accident because the darn bottle would not open so I got concerned. I notified them and they immediately refunded my money and apologized profusely. I have since decided to go back to a larger, more experienced and professional site for my Allerfin.

Hello, Sorry we sent you an item that was expired. We do our best to scan inventory and quarantine items that are past or close to expiration. The last thing we want to do is send expired product.
Unfortunately after some shopping had a very unpleasant experience with the care of the store. I made a purchase and paid the delivery to arrive not late because it would have to go back to Brazil the same day. Delivery was delayed and could not get my groceries, moreover the company delivered the package to the hotel and I was already no longer it and now you want me to find a way to return the package to be able to give me the money. Unfortunately the hotel claims it has not received the package and I being in another country get its hands tied and will have to bear this cost without receiving the product. Unfortunately in my opinion the company was not very willing to help me with my problem. I believe and hope no longer need to buy this store. Walter Rogerio Pires Dias

Hello, Our fraud policies require us to hold the order until we get a response from the customer confirming that they are card holder. This delay caused the package to miss the delivery deadline that we were not aware of. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time when shipping to a hotel.
I have not received the package not recommend!!!
