PC build was quick and followed our requests. Great packaging and excellent cable management. We unfortunately had a fried motherboard and SuperLogics quickly replaced it under warranty. Great customer service. Will do business with them again.

This is the 3rd of many rack my PC's I will be ordering. The site is great because I can build around the parts they have in stock and know a true time for when I will be receiving the device. The machines came loaded and I have not had one issue. Very happy so far.

First the bad: I think I may have received my shipment a day late, but it was a rush order, shipped completely across the country, and logistics have been a nightmare for a while now. The good: Everything else. I wasn't paying attention and misordered extra rails. They called to verify what I intended to do. They also said that they had a different part available that exceeded the specs for what I needed from the system, thus giving me some wiggle room... at a reduced price, and would I like to have them make a substitution? Wonderful service on the phone after as well.
