I have Aaron's direct phone number on a post-it attached to my computer. The reason is honestly quite simple. I trust him. By that meaning it does not mean that he is going to do something special. What it means is that he is going to be 100% honest with me. Now THAT means a lot. When he says that he is going to call one of my clients or do this or that I know it will be done. I feel like I have the same relationship with Aaron that I have with 3 people on the SAIS side. He understands concepts. I enjoy working with him. I feel that as an U/W he is working WITH me instead of against me. I know that sounds strange but after 30 years of being a captive agent you he is VERY refreshing to working with.
