Overpriced. Job was completed and technician was polite seemed proficient, but way overpriced when I compared to other companies afterwards. Wish I had waited and got a different quote

I would give zero stars if possible. Technician came and quoted $2,000 for a simple spring replacement. Told him not interested and he offered to do it "off the books". Despite telling this person that we did not want to move forward, the technician removed the springs and charged us $375, which is the typical cost of the entire job with replacement. Called to speak with a manager but the call has not been returned.

Great experience. Your tech was polite, knowledgeable, efficient. Gave great suggestions for further maintenance. Overall 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
