So far. Just started 5 days ago. I wish it wasn't so shiny using under my foundation but it seems ok for now

I am on day 4 so not much difference , my face does feel softer and I love the feel of the serum.

I made an appointment with a helpful rep who gave me some guidelines for a successful outcome. I also like that there is a 365 day happiness guarantee, which gives me plenty of time to determine if the product is working before I need to return it, if it isn't.

As a first time buyer I was constantly watching my shipment for delivery details. After my order had not shipped for days, I contacted customer service after hours to report my problem. The next day I received an email from MJ, a customer care team member. He told me he was sorry, and sent our another order promptly. I received it in no time! I was very appreciative for such wonderful customer service!

It's going well so far! I am 10 days in. The first phone call was informative however seemed very scripted and not like a conversation. A video would of been just as good.

I love how. Creamy it is and it soaks right into my face and neck.its only been 5 days and I feel a difference already.
