Have not had great experience with their team giving us access to my clients account. Promised expedited delivery said minimum is 3-4 weeks. We are on week 6. Would not recommend.

One of the modules in your latest update of your software--the Bible Reading Plan--is full of bugs, is practically unusable. PLS RESTORE PREVIOUS VERSION. I found this in the PTV.ORG and LAMB LION Ministry APPS.

Very disappointed in the ability of our app. At this point, everything is just a redirect to our website. Customer service is severely lacking as you have to schedule a meeting to talk to anyone and they are generally 2 weeks out. The cancellation process is awful. You have to schedule a meeting for another sales pitch, and pay 3 months of service is you aren't within a month of your annual renewal.

Subsplash neglects its duties. The company takes no responsibility for mistakes on its system. There is no IT team support, and it placed my credit in flux. I never authorized recurring gifts. Yet an email notification indicated a large amount would be taken out of my bank account at the end of the same month another large gift had been given. I checked my account to see what I can do, hoping I could cancel. The system showed I have no recurring gifts. I’ve attempted to message, to contact, to resolve the issue before the money is scheduled to be withdrawn tomorrow, to no avail. There’s no way to contact the company whatsoever. I messaged the company on Facebook, with a automated response regarding going on website or emailing to learn more about Subsplash. I received no response to my immediate concern. This platform is negligent and only interested in getting a monthly payment from churches subscribed to service. This is very concerning.

Subsplash is just about the worst church-related company out there. Our church signed up for their app a month before I came on board. After I started we decided that the $119 a month they were charging was outrageous so I decided to cancel our subscription with them. After 6+ emails they finally responded and set up a mandatory "cancellation meeting". No, you can't just cancel your account you have to have a full-on meeting with them about ti first so they can try to force their way to make you continue your subscription. Turns out you're stuck in a long term subscription and the only way out is to pay a 3 freaking month cancelation fee. Here's the thing WE NEVER EVEN USED THEIR overly expensive and outdated product. We signed up for an account and never set anything up. Not only that but after we finally have the cancelation meeting, their billing department did not contact us back for 7 more days. During those 7 days we got charged for another month, even though we had already cancelled our account. So now it's not just an outrageous $357.24 cancellation, it's also an additional overcharge of $119.08 on top of that. In no world would I ever recommend Subsplash.
