I apologize you were not happy with the products you received from us. If you could please contact us at [email protected] letting us know if the issue was with the pattern or the punch needle tool, we would be happy to facilitate a return for you.
They sent the wrong item, and refused to deal with giving me a return address. They tried too claim they sent the right item, and want to charge me a restocking fee.

I have looked into your Amazon order and I must apologize for the way the issue was handled. I can see that you did indeed receive the incorrect product. I have sent an email to you with a resolution to the issue. I again apologize for any inconvenience and frustration.
I order paint , and was sent the wrong colors , I guess they sent a substitute color , it's not what I ordered . They didn't resolve the problem after I contacted them . Why would I order a color I know nothing about , " honor " I am using charcoal color on my project, I looked on your page and it says out of charcoal but not when I ordered .

I am sorry you feel you received the wrong color however after looking into your order and reviewing communication, you did not order charcoal paint. You ordered Decoart Americana Decor Chalky Finish 8oz Honor, which is what was sent to you. You are welcome to return it if you do not wish to keep it.
I ordered the gold hoop in which it was broken when I received it so it was no good to me! It was poorly packaged and feel it you took more time to carefully wrap the items you are shipping this would not have happened! The carriers have many packages that get banged around in their vehicles which is why you need to be more careful. I did not bother to send back bc it would have been more trouble than it was worth. This was not an expensive item so I wasn’t upset over the money, I was just aggravated and disappointed!

I am so sorry to hear your order was damaged. I have issued a refund for the order and have passed your concerns with the packaging over to our warehouse manager.
I wil never buy in this site because they are dishonest and they overcharge.

I am sorry you feel this way. As previously explained, we do not offer 3 days shipping on our website. Our shipping page on the site clearly indicates our service standard as follows: We are currently doing our best to ship our orders in 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive your order within 2-7 business days. This information can be found at https://www.stuff4crafts.com/shipping/
The customer service here is not great at all. You are unable to speak to anyone so make sure your order is exactly what you want because you will not be able to talk to anyone only email. I made a large order that needed to be return and they did not give me my entire refund. I will never order from them:(

I am sorry you feel our customer service is lacking. We always strive to offer the very best customer service possible. With that said, I have not been able to find that any messages have been left by you on our phone line. Being a solely online business, our phone customer service is very limited however, all messages are returned within 24 hours. We also received no emails from you until after the order was already delivered and all were answered expeditiously. As explained in both emails and the PayPal claim you opened, the order was refunded as per our return policy as it is considered a remorse purchase.
Incomplete order. Emails back and forth but I still have yet to receive my full order. It’s been over 2 weeks.

I do apologize you are missing Klasse Mach Needle Topstitch Sz 90/14 5pc from your order. It looks like one of customer service reps has been diligently trying to get a replacement out to you but we are experiencing some delays from our Oregon warehouse due to the wild fires along the west coast. We will continue to follow up with the warehouse to get the needle out to you as soon as possible.
Had to wait about a month to get my order since I was sent the wrong item first. Then the Insul-brite I ordered is not the old quality. It’s super thin and I don’t believe it will work. Total waste if time and money.
