Thank you for your feedback. We respect your perspective, but we’d like to clarify the circumstances for anyone reading this that the event took place in December of last year. Strategic Memories was contracted by an independent vendor to provide services for their portion of the event. We were not contracted directly by the event host or organizer. Our team was present solely to fulfill the obligations outlined in our agreement with the vendor who hired us. If there was any misunderstanding regarding access, communication, or vendor coordination, we regret that it occurred, as it was never our intention to disrespect anyone or interfere with the operation of the event however per the Venders approval, they told our team there was no issue with our team working for them by anyone else who would’ve been in authority. The footage that was taken the solely of the vendor that hired our company. Our teams character speaks for itself as we were pleasant to everyone in the venue, and also supported some of the other vendors there.
