Ryan's Pet SuppliesReviews of store.ryanspet.com

Bought an electric table, neither one of the outlets hold anything that you would want to plug in to charge or run. Left a message and it's been crickets. On top of that the electric cord for the actual table is so short it makes it really inconvenient, And the plastic drawer is horrific and cheesy., it too will not hold anything.

We spent well over 10k with Ryan's over 10 years ago. We bought their best grooming table and it lasted 10 years before it started to rot away from the moisture. Well worth it. When that table needed to be replaced we bought the "top of the line" table again. This table was made different. Shorter etc. We started having issues with it after about 6 months. The finish was flaking and the rust was taking over. We recently brought it to Ryan's attention but they said "sorry, you are 3 months out of warranty". Obviously the table had rust issues 3 months ago. It is not only cosmetic but structural as the metal is falling apart. They also did state that they changed suppliers recently. If you want more info we will be posting a video review of the grooming table on the socials. We hope to save others from making the same mistake.

Bought a new in box clipper that didn’t work they need to put a sticker that tells you it doesn’t work next to the no refund no return sticker

I always get my orders fast, and the few times I've had to call in the customer service reps were friendly and helpful.
