stonehaven.capitalStoneHaven is a New York outbound agency for B2B companies that want more good sales conversations on the calendar. We book qualified meetings with the people who make buying decisions, using cold email, LinkedIn and cold calling. You spend your time closing deals, and we spend ours finding the next ones.Every program starts with infrastructure, the list building around your ideal buyer and write outreach that sounds like a person who understands their business. When someone replies, we answer fast enough that the interest turns into a call.We work best with B2B teams, from Series A to enterprise, that already have an offer the market wants and deals large enough to justify real outbound. Our clients include SaaS, fintech, healthcare, cybersecurity, and aerospace and defense companies. If you know who you want to sell to, we'll make sure they hear from you.

Total snake oil salespeople. I was also approached on the basis we would only paid on success. They make the onboarding feel like you are being let in the most exclusive club, demand multiple confirmations you will attend the meeting, and then reveal the actual pricing is very different. $4,797/ month(!!!!) plus 10% OF ALL REVENUE from customers brought through them FOR THE FIRST YEAR?!!! F*** rip off.

Total scam, Kai the founder sold me on package to get me 1-3 leads per day... and I didn't get a single one. These guys will be locked up if they keep pulling these shady tactics. I disputed my $3,000 payment to my bank and got my money back, but the time can't get back.

I was approached by Stonehaven Capital with an offer described as pay-per-close - no upfront fees, no setup fees, payment only when a contract is signed with a client. Before agreeing to a discovery call, I asked directly in writing how pay-per-close was defined: was it a meeting booked and attended, or a deal closed and signed? The written response was unambiguous: payment applies only when a deal is closed and a contract signed, with no upfront or setup fees of any kind. On the basis of that answer, I booked and attended the call. During the call, a different model was presented: a fee of $300 per qualified meeting attended, in addition to a 10% commission on closed contracts. That is a materially different proposition to what I had been told in writing, and it directly contradicts the answer I received to a specific, direct question. The person I spoke with on the call was professional and I have no criticism of how she conducted herself. The issue is with how the model was represented during the sales process - a written answer that did not reflect how the service actually works. Anyone considering Stonehaven would be well advised to ask for written confirmation of the full fee structure before agreeing to a call.
