Ordered a sculpted steel rose for my wife for Valentines Day 4 weeks ago. As of today, Feb 13, 2026, it has not arrived (even though they said it would be delivered between Feb 4th and Feb 9th). No response to several emails. Disreputable and not professional Do Not do business with them!
