OrderedEko core stethoscope…didn’t receive it ,another one was shipped..thanks to the company .Do far I’ve used it for 2days and loving it

Was ordering as a gift for someone else. Had to wade through a lot of choices even after putting in the exact product in the search box. Not being a doctor and not understanding lingo made it a little difficult to know if I ordered the right stuff. Otherwise, I had an excellent service in every other aspect.

The replacement diaphragm for my Littmann III worked well. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price for a small piece of plastic seemed a tad high.

This is exactly what I ordered. It was shipped same day. Was received in good condition. I had it engraved which looks professional. The engraving is on the back of bell. This is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter so will have to wait for her review. Thank you.

I found it odd that my stethoscope came in a zip lock bag. Is there a shortage for appropriate packaging? It just seemed weird.
