Great customer service. Not satisfied with my box especially it was a gift for someone. I called didn't get compensated for anything. Now I have to gift looking like it's a hand me down or something.

Hard to find what i needed. Didnt think customer service was particularly polite/friendly

The stethoscope itself was really nice. I was rather disappointed with the engraving. It is hard to see and you have to move it around for the light to shine on it just right to even read the engraving.

I didn't get the full package that I ordered.

I'm going to be honest: my daughter, an EMS trainee, and I were completely taken aback by the lousy packaging. A dented box, held together with a rubber band, and no plastic wrapping to demonstrate hygienic conditions - WHAT? We scoured the packaging looking for fingerprints and other signs that this was not a new product; we honestly thought it was a used/returned product sold at full price. She even went online to watch unboxing videos, and read reviews: Apparently that's how y'all do it. She needs a stethoscope, so she opted to keep it - but if it had been my choice, I'd have returned it.

I received exactly what I ordered, so that is why I gave it three stars. But, it took 7 days to get here and I paid for overnight shipping.

The ordering process was easy, and the stethoscope itself is fine, but I paid about $36 to get overnight delivery. I ordered the stethoscope on Sunday night, so I anticipated getting the stethoscope in Monday evening or perhaps Tuesday morning, but I did not get it until Thursday evening.

Easy ordering. Only disappointment was the medical symbol and heart were left out on the engraving. I won’t hesitate to order from Stethoscope.com again.
