Paid extra for expedited shipping and stethoscope still isn't here yet.

You sent the replacement kit, even though in comments, I said that if it doesn't have the bell cover, don't send. Weirdly, it has two rims for the larger/diaphragm side...why have a kit that does that???? and doesn't have a bell rim replacement like the adult stethoscope replacement kits have??? It's not worth my time, $, or effort to send it back. Disappointed. Where can I get the black rim, for the pediatric stethoscope bell side? Doesn't seem to exist.

I paid for priority mail coz I need ASAP but It was not delivered to my address. It was held to USPS as per customer request. They didn’t even attempt to deliver it to my apartment. I have a camera outside my door and it was not delivered on that day.

I still don’t have the $230 stethoscope! This is ridiculous. It’s bounced around at St. louis, MO USPS for nearly a week. Terrible. Wanted to give to my wife for Christmas.

My advice is to not ship via USPS. You shipped my order on 12-11-23 and the mail has gone already here on 12-22-23 and I have still not received the order. I track it and it goes from here to there and supposedly is on the way. Use FedEx or UPS in the future is my advice, as this is BS.

I can not give a review as I have not received my item.

I never received it and it's been a month since my credit card was charged.
