They gave me a stethoscope in a broken messed up box

Did not recieve my spare parts i ordered

Box was crushed and looks like the product was repackaged

My only complaint is that they engraved my name in whatever font they wanted, it was NOT the one I picked! So why even give me a choice of fonts if they were gonna do whatever they wanted anyway. Other than that delivery was quick and stethoscope is in good shape.

Did not realize the engraved letters that I paid extra for would be so small . Was disappointed about that . I just had 3 letters. So expected them to be a bit bigger . Or did I miss something when ordering as not sure there was any option to pick a style and size . Other than that the piece looks good and was shipped fast

Kit came quick, nice packaging, but way too expensive for what it was. Unfortunately I don't live near a medical supply store so I paid the shipping too. $29 was a lot for a piece of plastic and an O ring.

The stethoscope is functionally OK does not block out background noise as much as I would have hoped The worst issue is that the rubber is extremely sticky sticks to everything pulls the hair out of your head when you put it around your neck I'm gonna have to sow a cover for it

I received my stethoscope severely damaged but I was impressed by how quickly they responded and worked to send me another one.
